What will it look like when I start working at Sunnybrook?
Onboarding - you will receive a comprehensive onboarding package, be scheduled for buddy shifts, and be assigned a mentor to ensure a smooth transition.
Scheduling - you will have access to the same flexible preference-based scheduling platform as established group members.
Remuneration - we are an AFA model with an hourly rate based on shift timing and a percentage of billings, quite similar to the other Toronto academic hospitals. You will be compensated for non-clinical work through our points system.
